I took a chance by looking at the stock photos, looked thick and fluffy. Wrong! Each row has a 1/2" gap between them. Work good for a beater car but, not for a nice car or truck. If you are a person that would use a brush to scrub your vehicle. This mitt would be right up your alley! Would not take the chance to scratch my paint. Would be good to scrub your toilet or shower with!

I was pleasantly surprised that I could apply a small amount of shampoo and water to this mitt and effectively clean the entire car, rinsing it off afterward. The mitt effortlessly removes dirt and streaks, and the liner keeps my hand dry during the washing process. The entire process took less than 10 minutes.I believe this is an efficient way to wash a car that will result in significant savings in terms of water and shampoo over time.Overall, this mitt offers good value, especially considering that two are included for only 10 bucks!

This is a great car wash mitt. It's bigger than most that I have used. It is very soft and absorbent. I am completely confident using it on my car without worrying about scratching at all.The large size of this mitt allows you to use it a little bit longer before having to wring it out.The wrist cuff is a little too loose for me, which is the only slight inconvenience. When I'm not careful, the mitt slips off, especially when I'm washing the lower portions of the car. So just be mindful of it. I understand, though, that because of my small wrists, it might not be quite as loose on other people.

I really like these wash mitts. They're very soft and comfortable to wear on my hand. Whether it's washing a car, a boat or any surface (fiberglass, windows etc...) requiring a soft wash mitt, these are perfect to use.They hold a nice amount of soap and water. They're soft enough so that they don't leave any marks. If you need to scrub a surface that needs some abrasion, these my not work as they may be too soft.As the instructions say, be sure to thoroughly rinse/wash they after each use so you don't risk transferring dirt/debris from a previous use.At a current price of $4.00 each, this two pack is a good deal.

Ordered the 2 pack. At 15 dollars for 2, even if they were not great, that was still a good price.The good:Super soft microfiber with a nice shag to it. Does hand mitt things. Left zero scratches in my paint when I washed my car with it. Easy cleanup.Cons:I waited so long to replace my old cotton wash mitt. There was zero cons to this product.

I have never used a minute and I am looking forward to washing my brand new Kia telluride with this (pretty!) chenille car wash mitt. I love that it tells you NOT to use dish soap for washing your car…that is so true and I cringe to think of all the years I did just that, even when I was little and had my little neighborhood car wash business! Lol.This is a good product, it could be a little more snug on the wrist because I’m worried that when it gets wet and soapy it may want to fall off, but then again if they make them too tight, then they are TOO tight and may not fit the general population…there’s gotta be a line drawn somewhere right?! Lastly, I appreciate that it comes in a pack of two because I may use the other for the waxing process (or something along those lines).

I purchased this mitt to wash my truck. I was impressed with the quality and how much water and soap it held. The size is perfect and was easy to clean after I was done.

This product definitely not good a all it got broken first and only use in top extremely heavy not easy to use so i trash the 2 right away not recommended

I drive my car through a self service car wash with high speed blowers that remove most of the water. I use these to dry whats left. The little fingers are great at reaching into nooks and crannies. I personally like the color, and use one in my bathroom for a hand towel to replace the micro-fiber ones that never seem to dry between uses. I was going to go with disposable towels, but these work fine, and I'm saving trees and reducing waste. Definitely a win-win.

These mitts have chenille piles that are quite large. They can absorb a lot of soapy water and can pick up and hold dirt effectively. They are easy on the paint as well. Another good thing is that it is two sided, versus having a 'rougher backside' like some others do. Hopefully they last a long time.

It does what it's suppose to do. Would be nice if the fingers where more densely packed.I had a friend try it who washes cars professionally and he said it works like similar ones he uses but not quite as smooth (sticks slightly more when wiping). But it got the job done.

I’m really take care of the paint of my car and this is my favorite accessory to use either to wash it or dry it… no residue left behind and truly microfiber so no worries about scratches!

Wow. These hold lots of soapy water and with 4 -6 of these, you can wash a medium-sized vehicle without ever sticking a dirty wash mitt back into the 100% clean wash water. Remember these are two-sided. All I do is divide the car into sections, when I wash a section I spin over to the other clean side and when it's dirty, I grab a fresh clean mitt and keep washing. My mitts never go back into the clean soapy wash water. Give it a try.

It's quite soft, but not sure if it's soft enough to not scratch paint like higher end ones. Absorbs soap well and glides smoothly on paint.

Perfect wash mit for the foam -> rinse -> foam method. I use it to scrub pretty much the entire car after the second foam has been applied and leaves no swirls.The material is very very soft and lifts any debris away safely when using this method. Will be buying more products in the future!

I love having this 2-pack of microfiber wash mitts for washing my car. I have small hands but the 10" x 8" size is easy to wear while still manageable for effectively covering the whole car. The mitt has a fitted cuff to avoid having it fall off while wiping.The microfiber strips do a great job of lifting dirt off my car without scratching the paint. They hold on to soap well, leaving the mitt lubricated to avoid scratches. I love that this kit comes with two so I can dedicate each one to separate parts of the car.

I wanted some additional mitts for washing my truck. These have held up great for the last month and a half. My truck isn't a show car and sees some mud and grime. I need something that can hold up to some elbow grease. In most cases mitts like these just disintegrate over time. I don't expect these to be top tier at the price point. But for the money (two pack) it's worth it.

Great car washing mitts. Super soft, seem durable. I washed my car and it took all the dirt off. Easy to ring out and clean. I'll keep using these to wash other vehicles as well.

I have a couple other mitts I use and these are the flimsiest of the bunch. Not necessarily bad but not as effective at cleaning dirtier cars. They work well for a simple wash that doesn’t need too much scrubbing.

I've purchased other Viking detailing products, and they go above and beyond for the price. The wash mit worked great for the car spreading around the soap nicely. My only complaint was that my fingertips were going through the inner liner, but that is unimportant to the wash. Love this product.

I really like these wash mitts. They are high quality and looks great. Feels very premium compared to the normal microfiber mitts.

I have bought a number of wash mitts over the years and usually buy them from the big "Guys". These were a little cheaper and I wanted a couple more. These are fine, but there is a lot of space between each microfiber "finger", much more than my other mitts. The overall result is a mitt that isn't as thick and full, and won't be as delicate on your paint. I'll still use these on my daily driver, but next time I think I'll spend a couple more bucks and go with a higher quality brand. I did find these same ones at my local supermarket for much more than they're listed for on Amazon, so at least here you're not paying too much!

Washed my car with the Viking Mitt, and it worked great! I looked closely for swirls, but as expected, found none. The mitt is soft, and there is a nice liner inside the mitt between your hand and the microfiber, so that dirt on your hands doesn't get onto your car!Obviously with any microfiber product, you want to ensure that you are using a clean side, or at least a well rinsed side. The mitt released trapped dirt and debris well, based on the bottom of my wash bucket after cleaning the car.I did not notice any smell to the mitt, and a visual inspection of the microfiber fingers did not cause me any concern. It seemed better than some of my lower quality discount Harbor Freight microfiber towels (which have their place, but aren't the best).Now these do not publish the grams per square meter (GSM) for these mitts, and true car wash fiends refuse to buy microfiber towels that do not publish the fabric's GSM specs.Despite this, I believe this is a high GSM mitt due to how much water it holds if not wrung out.It worked well for cleaning my car, and I'm a happy dude!

Holds plenty of soapy water, it seams to release the dirt well in the bucket. No worries about scratching the paint. It comes out of washer pretty dry. Doesn't take long for it air dry after the spin cycle.

I wash our cars a lot and I go through a lot of microfiber mitts and sponges. I sometimes worry when seeing new brands, but thought I'd give these chenille VIKING Car Wash Mitts a try. Once you get past them looking like your grandmother's sofa, you'll see that they're pretty well-made and really soft - softer than the name-brand mitts I usually buy. Unlike some other reviewers, I didn't notice any overly-strong odors when I opened the package.The VIKING mitts easily fit my big ham-hands and hold a lot of water and suds. They worked as expected when washing my car. The heavy pile helped pull in dirt and keep it from scratching my paint. I don't know how long they'll last with my abuse, but I'll edit this review if they don't hold up. These VIKING mitts might be my new favorite.
