I didn't think this would be as good as it was compared to a wheel brush but when I strictly used the wheel mitt. It got 95% of the entire wheel face cleaned along with the back of the spokes. There is some brake dust that just pits itself to the wheel or is just extremely stubborn to remove which is where my detailing brush came in. I would still recommend having a wheel brush but if you can't get one just yet sticking with this for some time is very doable. The thumb strap worked well for my hand but my hand is on the smaller side and i found myself having to stick my thumb up to keep it locked in and/or gripping the mitt by extending my fingers out. Bigger handed people would find this a much better fit.One big gripe I have with this product is that there isn't any screen on the inside which means water and everything else can seep in. Which when talking about brake dust is terrible for your hand as the chemicals in not only the brake dust and dirt but from the wheel cleaner ca be absorbed by your skin. I Highly recommend wearing gloves or trying to find a way to minimize contact with brake dust/cleaning solution dirty water.Besides that very fun and easy product to use. The pictures included show what the wheel looked like before cleaning and after using only the wheel mitt for 95% of the cleanliness and the rest was done with a detailing brush.

I keep these in premier condition for both of my cars' wash cycles. Very useful!

If you're looking for something to scrub your wheels with, look no farther! These are well made, and do the job. I recommend this product.

If your wheelset has complex geometric shapes or is a basket weave type this mitt is perfect. I basically just put them on, dump my hands in the suds bucket and get in the wheels with both hands. It's really cut the cleaning time in half for me. They have started to shed a little bit, so hopefully they'll last awhile.

Keeps the wheel clean and no scuffs on the rim. Cut the job in half. It a game changer
