I'll use it for my car but I’m also planning to use it around my backyard for spot-treating pesky small bugs. This foam dispenser is well made and big enough to hold all the soap you need for a full car wash. That's why I got it, but I just tested it out using a cleaning product on my floor. You have to pump the pressurizer after filling it in order to create foam. This is not physically difficult and only takes a minute. It's ready when you feel resistance in the pump. The thumb switch is smooth and easy to use. It sprays a few feet out, and you have to pump it every few sprays to maintain pressure. This was not a problem. It comes with extra gaskets, which is helpful. I foresee using this mostly on my car or to shampoo horses. It will work well for these tasks and others. I recommend it.
